Leonard works as CFO at his friend Howard’s company for three years on meager pay, promised shares and dividends. But Howard fires him right before funding comes through, replacing him with an unqualified sister-in-law. Leonard spends a year studying to pass the FRO exam, then arrests Howard for financial fraud at the company’s bell-ringing ceremony in front of reporters.
